Organization
This court has a chief judge, who is concurrently served by a judge, who comprehensively manages the administrative affairs of the court and undertakes part of the trial business.
And there are courts, administrative departments and committees and other units：
- Trial : Independent trial of litigation events in accordance with the law.
- Administrative : Department of Clerks, Judicial Affairs Office, Personnel Office, Accounting Office, Statistics Office, Information Management Office and Govermment Ethics Office. The Secretariat consists of the Records Section, the Documentation Section, the Research and Development Evaluation Section, the Litigation Counseling Section, the General Affairs Section, the Court Police Office and the Judge Assistant Office.
- Committees: Judge Self-discipline Committee, Job Evaluation Committee, Performance Appraisal Committee, Audit Committee, National Compensation Incident Handling Committee, and Sexual Harassment Complaint Investigation Committee.
