III: Address of the Court and Jurisdiction Area
1. The Court is at No. 180, Singnan Road, Nanzih District, Kaohsiung. The office has four stories above ground and one floor underground. It takes about three minutes to drive to the Court from Nanzi Intersection on the Highway through Xin Nan Road. The Court is around 1 km from Nanzi Train station. (Please refer to Annex I for the location of the Court.)
2. The Jurisdiction areas of the Court are Yunlin County, Chiayi County and City, Tainan County and City, Kaohsiung County, Kaohsiung City,Pingtung County, Taitung County and Penhu County as well as Dong Sha Island and Tai Ping Island. The total area is 14,808.1704 square kilometers, or exceeding 2/5 (40.92%) of the total national area.
